IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not use your Windows account password! This service has an internal account management and is open only for the department SE TI EAD EU&AF N&MS and their clients.
General Information
Falcon SecuMEx is a Siemens Energy service, which helps to transfer files between Siemens Energy employees and their internal and external partner. You may use this service if:
- you are a Siemens Energy employee and you are member of SE TI EAD EU&AF N&MS. In this case you will require a dedicated SecuFEx account. Please contact the System-Administrator (use contact link on to the top).
Note: If you have an account and if you are using the SecuFEx for the first time after the deactivation of the corporate login, please use the function "Help Me: Forgotton or unknown password" to receive a temporarly password by email.
- or you have a SecuFEx temporary account, which can be created and managed by Siemens Energy employee,
- or you have received a Message invitation then a temporary accounts is automatically generated for you.
If you are an external partner you will need either a file transfer invitation or a temporary account. We recommend to contact your partner at Siemens Energy and ask him to create a temporary account for you. When the account is created you will receive a temporary password by email.
Login Methods
You may login on this service by:
- Email + Password + Email Token: You may use your email and account password to login. If you have forgotten your password you may use the password generator to create a new temporary password, which will be sent to your registered email. Please note, that your Windows logon password will not work here!
After a successful Email + Password login you will receive an additional token by email. Please enter the numerical token into the second login window. Please note, that this token is valid only for 5 minutes and may be used only once. You may request new token at any time.
